Q. How long do consultations take?
A. Wedding Cake Consultation 45 minutes.
Q. When are your appointment times?
A. We do try to keep appointments to the start of the week as Thursday to Saturday is really busy especially during the
Summer months. Depending on our delivery schedule we do have Saturday appointments but these are much sought after.
Q. Can I have a weekday appointment?
A. Yes I have weekday consultations with my last appointment at 6.00 pm. Evening appointments can be arranged
if absolutely necessary.
Q. My fiance and I work all week. Can we come on a Saturday?
A. Saturday appointments are obviously very popular. I usually have twice as many brides wanting appointments
as I have time slots.
Q. What if we need to cancel our appointment?
A. Please try to give 24 hours notice so that your appointment time can be given to someone else. If you fail to
keep your appointment without notification and wish to make a second appointment a fee of £25 must be paid. This fee will be deducted from the cost of your wedding cake.
Q. Who can come with me?
A. Unfortunately space is limited as I work from home so PLEASE make your party NO MORE than 3 people.
Q. Will I be able to taste the cake?
A. Yes - just let me know the flavours which you would like to try.

A. Either by e-mail info@cakesunlimited.net or by telephone 01904 468080. You can now also make appointments online - see navigation page. During busy periods we cannot always answer the telephone but please leave your name and number and we will call you straight back.
